1963 Arctic Cat Model 500. This one is serial number 658. I purchased this sled as a project sled for down the road. I have since purchased another 500 cat and going to let this project go. One of the previous owners used the engine and tranny on another piece of equipment. I did get the original engine, but the tranny was lost in the shuffle. The 2 rear platform cross members were also used on the piece of equipment and scrapped. I have included as many pieces to replace the missing components as I could . It is still missing: Air-cleaner, primary and secondary clutches, chain guard, seat and transmission. The track is the original for the sled and can be loosened up, but I am including another set of NOS track chains. I am also including a NOS carburetor for the Onan engine.
